Breakfast: Greek yogurt and granola parfait
I really love Greek yogurt, and not just because it’s Greek like I am but because it’s lush and rich tasting. You can find 0% fat Greek yogurt in almost every grocery store these days. I think it’s the perfect way to start the day right! I like to eat mine in a fancy glass. I start by placing a layer of my home-made cinnamon In Snax pita crisps granola at the bottom. I top that with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and whatever fruit I happen to have on hand but I especially like berries. It’s quick and easy to prepare and is a healthy way to start the day. If I am running late and don’t have time to eat this at home, I take it with me in a mason jar and eat it at the office.
Make a big batch of the home-made cinnamon In Snax pita crisps granola over the weekend and you’ll be able to eat a healthy breakfast all week.
