Simple and quick homemade mac and cheese

Who doesn’t love a good mac and cheese? It’s the ultimate comfort food and the one I often go to when I am in need of a good satisfying meal. However, nothing beats a homemade mac and cheese. This recipe is pretty easy and quick and I’m sure no one in your family will miss the boxed stuff with this around. Happy Monday!


  • 1 x 500g short pasta (macaroni, penne, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup emmental cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup of multigrain In Snax pita crisps crumbs


  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it’s not quite tender
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  3. Mix the pasta, cheese and cream together and pour in an oven-safe casserole dish
  4. Sprinkle with the In Snax crumbs and place in the oven. Bake until golden and bubbly

  • 1 x 500g pâtes courtes (macaroni, penne, etc.)
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage cheddar râpé
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage Parmesan râpé
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage emmental râpé
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage suisse râpé
  • 1/2 tasse de crème
  • 1 tasse de chapelure de croustilles de pita multigrain In Snax


  1. Cuisinez les pâtes dans de l’eau bouillante salée jusqu’à ce que les pâtes soient presque cuites
  2. Préchauffez votre four à 350 degrés
  3. Mélangez les pâtes, les fromages et la crème et placer le tout dans un plat allant au four
  4. Saupoudrez de la chapelure In Snax et enfournez jusqu’à ce que le plat soit doré et frémissant
