Quick and easy meal ideas for kids: Coconut shrimp
To end this week of kid friendly meals, these coconut shrimp will bring an exotic note to your dinner table. You can find them in the frozen aisle section of your supermarket. Serve them with a sweet and sour dipping sauce for an added sweet touch that your kids are sure to love. Got a few extra minutes?
Coat some fresh raw shrimp (with the tails on) with some unsweetened coconut flakes. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
