Recipe: risotto-stuffed fish

Good Monday morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. Today’s recipe is an easy and light one, just in case you had a few excesses food-wise this weekend :) This risotto stuffed fish will only take you minutes to prepare but is absolutely delicious and a show stopper at the dinner table!

Ingredients:

  • 2 filets of flat white fish (cod, tilapia, etc.)
  • 1 bag of In Cuisin cheese & spinach risotto
  • Some kitchen twine
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Prepare the In Cuisin risotto according to the instructions on the bag and reserve
  3. Lay one of the filets flat in your baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Place the risotto on top of your filet and cover with the second piece of fish. Tie both filets together at regular intervals with the kitchen twine
  4. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with some lemon juice and olive oil
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked then slice and serve with a wedge of lemon on the side

Ingrédients:

  • 2 filets de poisson blanc plat (morue, tilapia, etc.)
  • 1 sac de risotto au fromage et aaux épinards In Cuisin
  • De la ficelle de cuisine
  • 1/2 citron
  • Huile d’olive
  • Sel et poivre au goût

Méthode:

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 350 degrés
  2. Préparez le risotto In Cuisin selon les instructions sur le sac et réservez
  3. Placez un des filets de poisson dans votre plat et assaissonez de sel et poivre. Mettez le risotto dessus puis l’autre filet par dessus. Attachez les deux filets avec la ficelle à intervalles régliers
  4. Assaissonez de sel, poivre, huile d’olive et citron et mettez au four pendant 20 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que le poisson soit cuit
  5. Servez avec un filet d’huile d’olive et du citron
