Mashed. Potatoes. Poutine. Sounds delicious right? Someone at the office came up with this brilliant idea! I can’t believe I didn’t think of it myself! Poutine and mashed potatoes are the ultimate comfort foods separately, put them together and you get an explosion of flavours and warm comfort. I tried it the minute I heard about it and it is awesome and so quick to prepare at home. I’m sure everyone in your family will like it, especially if you serve it in these cute little take out containers!

Ingredients:

  • In Cuisin cream & butter mashed potatoes
  • Store bought gravy
  • Cheese curds

Method:

  1. Heat up the In Cuisin pellets according to the instructions on the bag (you can warm up as much as you need, for one person or for a crowd)
  2. Put the cheese curds all over the hot mashed potatoes and drizzle with the hot gravy
  3. Enjoy!

Note: If the cheese is not melting, pop the whole thing back in the microwave for a few seconds

Ingrédients:

  • Purée de pommes de terre In Cuisin à la crème et au beure
  • De la sauce “brune” (sauce au poulet) achetée
  • Du fromage en grains

Méthode:

  1. Récahuffez la purée de pommes de terre In Cuisin selon les directives sur le sac (vous pouvez en réchauffer autant que vous en voulez, pour une personne ou pour 10)
  2. Parsemez la purée du fromage en grain et versez la sauce chaude dessus
  3. Dégustez !

Note: Si le fromage ne fond pas assez, remettez le tout au micro ondes pendant quelques secondes
