Recipe: risotto cakes

Easy risotto cakes

Risotto cakes are so easy to make, especially when you don’t actually have to make the risotto ahead of time! Just pop the In Cuisin risotto bag in the microwave for dinner and your risotto is ready!


  • 2 bags of In Cuisin spinach risotto
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of crushed In Snax sea salt or multigrain pita crisps
  • Some canola or peanut oil


  1. Prepare the risotto according to the ingredients on the bag and let it rest for a few minutes
  2. Mix the risotto with the shredded cheese
  3. Shape the mix into cakes and dip into the In Snax crumbs
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the risotto cakes until golden
  5. Serve the cakes with a side of green salad

  • 2 sacs de risotto aux épinards In Cuisin
  • 1/2 tasse de mozzarella râpée
  • 1 tasse de chapelure de croustilles de pita In Snax au sel ou multigrain
  • De l’huile à friture


  1. Préparez le risotto selon les instructions sur le sac et réservez
  2. Mélangez le risotto au fromage râpé
  3. Faites des galettes avec le mélange risotto
  4. Chauffez l’huile dans une poêle et faites revenir les galettes jusqu’à ce qu’elles deviennent dorées
  5. Servez les galettes de risotto avec une salade verte
