Happy Monday to you all! I know how difficult it can be to start the week right.Mondays are usually slow and it takes us a while to get back into our weekly routines. This recipe is easy and quick and perfect for those days when youdon’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Serve it with a side of green salad or make mini versions of it for a cocktail party!

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Slice the chorizo and sauté it in a bit of oil until cooked through
  2. In the meantime, cook the risotto according to the instructions on the bag and let it cool
  3. Mix the chorizo and risotto together and form balls
  4. Sauté the risotto balls in the same pan as the chorizo until golden and crispy on the outside

  1. Tranchez la saucisse et faites la sauter dans un peu d’huile jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit cuite
  2. Entre-temps, faites cuire le risotto en suivant les instructions sur le sac et laissez reposer
  3. Mélangez la saucisse avec le risotto et faites des boules avec
  4. Faites sauté les boules de risotto dans la même poêle que la saucisse jusqu’à ce qu’elles prennent une coloration dorée
  5. Servez avec une salade verte
