Recipe: Cream of corn soup [vid]

Who wouldn’t want a warm and creamy soup to welcome them on a cold day when they come home from school or from work? This is the easiest and tastiest 10-minute soup, perfect for a snack, an appetizer or a light supper accompanied by a chunky piece of baguette or some In Snax crisps.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 2 bags of In Cuisin butter and cream mashed potatoes
  • 8 cups of of chicken stock
  • 2 cans of creamed corn
  • 1 can of corn nibblets
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onion

Method:

  1. Place everything in a pot, bring to a boil until all the mashed potato pellets are melted and everything is mixed well.

Ingrédients (pour 6 portions):

  • 2 sacs de purée de pommes de terre surgelée In Cuisin à la crème et beurre
  • 8 tasses de bouillon de poulet
  • 2 boites de maïs en crème
  • 1 boite de maïs en grains
  • 1/4 tasses d’échalottes vertes hachées

Méthode:

  1. Mettez tous les ingrédients dans une casserole et chauffez jusqu’à ce que les morceaux de pommes de terre surgelée fondent et que le mélange soit homogène.
