Grilled shrimp with spinach risotto
Sometimes you feel like spoiling yourself because, you know what? You probably deserve it!
When I feel like spoiling myself or when I feel like a special dinner with my fiance that feels like we’re eating at a gourmet restaurant, then I go out and buy the biggest shrimp I can get. The rest is pretty easy really. Season your shrimp with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil and either grill them on the barbecue, sauté them in a pan or roast them in your oven. Pick your favourite flavour of 2-minute In Cuisin risotto to serve alongside the shrimp and you’re done! The result is a stunning plate that is absolutely delicious!
