If you wish to impress your guest with a fancy dish, I have a great recipe for you! They will ask you how to make or, where to buy theses delicious parmesan bowls.  You should keep this recipe a little secret because, as fancy or delicate as they look, they are the easiest things to prepare and this way you can keep all the credits for you.  Have fun molding then in different shapes to make them as much as precious than unique.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (per portion)
  • 2 bags of In Cuisin mushroom risotto
  • Arugula or parsley leaves  (for garnish, optional)

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 ℃.
  2. Spread the Parmesan cheese on a cookie sheet. Don’t forget to leave a space between them so that they don’t stick together when melting
  3. Place in oven until they are melted
  4. Once ready, you can leave them as is, or after a few seconds of resting, you can place then on top of a small bowl so that they take its shape
  5. Once cooled on top of the bowl, the Parmesan “cup” will retain its shape
  6. Heat desired amount of In Cuisin mushroom risotto by following the instructions on the bag
  7. Fill up your cheese bowls, garnish with an arugula or parsley leaf and serve

Ingrédients:

  • 1/4 tasse  de Parmesan râpé (par portion)
  • 2 sacs de risotto In Cuisin aux champignons
  • Feuilles de roquette ou de persil (pour décorer, optionnel)

Méthode:

  1. Préchauffez le four à 350 ℃.
  2. Déposez votre parmesan râpé sur une plaque à biscuit. N’oubliez pas de laisser un espace entre chacun afin qu’ils ne collent pas ensemble lorsqu’ils fondent.
  3. Mettez au four jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient fondus
  4. Une fois prêt, laissez les reposer durant quelques secondes avant de les manipuler. Pendant qu’ils sont encore chauds, placez-les sur le dessus d’un petit bol de sorte qu’ils prennent sa forme.
  5. Une fois refroidis, les “bols” de Parmesan resteront tels quels
  6. Préparez la quantité nécessaire de risotto In Cuisin tout suivant les instructions de cuisson.
  7. Garnissez vos petits bols de risotto, décorez avec une feuille de persil ou de roquette et servez!
