Lobster week: easy and delicious lobster rolls

Don’t you hate throwing food away? Why not try using leftovers to create other delicious recipes? Here is a perfect way to use that tasty lobster meat leftover from our previous recipe by turning it into lobster rolls in less than 10 minutes.


  • 2 cups lobster meat
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot dog bread
  • Butter
  • In Snax sea salt pita crisps


  1. Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and place it into a bowl
  2. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice to taste
  3. Season with salt and pepper and toss well
  4. Butter your bread and toast it
  5. Place the lobster roll mix inside the bread carefully
  6. Place the lobster roll on a plate and serve with some In snax sea salt pita crisps

En français:


  • 2 tasses de homard haché
  • ½ tasse de mayonnaise
  • Jus de citron
  • Sel et poivre
  • Pain à hot dog
  • Beurre
  • Croustilles de pita In Snax au sel de mer


  1. Tranchez  finement la viande à homard
  2. Ajoutez la mayonnaise et le jus de citron dans un bol
  3. Mélangez-le tout en y ajoutant le sel et poivre au goût
  4. Badigeonnez les pains à hot dog de beurre avant de les griller
  5. Placez les guédilles au homard dans un plat accompagné de croustilles de pita In Snax au sel de mer puis servez
