Today I have another quick and easy recipe for you for the beginning of the year. These juicy lamb chops and the caramelized mushrooms and onions that accompany them will be ready in a few minutes and are guaranteed to please everyone around your table.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Season the chops with salt pepper and rosemary and drizzle with olive oil
  2. Cook under the broiler or in a pan for a couple of minutes on each side until browned on the outside but still pinkish and juicy on the inside (cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chops)
  3. While they’re cooking, prepare the caramelized onions and mushrooms by following the recipe here
  4. Once the chops are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes and prepare the risotto according to the instructions on the bag.
  5. Serve the chops on a bed of risotto and top with the mushrooms and onions.

Method:

  1. Assaisonnez les côtelettes de sel, poivre et romarin. Badigeonnez d’huile d’olive
  2. Faites cuire sous  la grille du four ou dans une poêle pour quelques minutes sur chaque côté ou jusqu’à ce que l’extérieur soit doré et l’intérieur rosé (le temps de cuisson dépend de la grosseur des côtelettes)
  3. Pendant que les côtelettes cuisent, préparez les champignons et oignons caramélisés en suivant la recette ici
  4. Une fois que les côtelettes sont cuites, laissez-les reposer et préparez le risotto selon les instructions sur le sac
  5. Servez les côtelettes sur un liz de risotto et déposez le mélange champignons et oignons par dessus
