Grilled filet mignon skewers with In Cuisin mushroom risotto

What a joy it is to make these delicious filet mignon skewers on the barbecue when you know you’ll be able to prepare the In Cuisin mushroom risotto side dish in 2 minutes! The creaminess of the risotto mixed in with the earthiness of the mushrooms are a perfect accompaniment to the scrumptious meat skewers.

Ingredients:

  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 4 large pieces of skirt steak (sliced thinly into 16 strips)
  • 16 yellow and red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, cut into pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Steak spice
  • 2 bags of Cuisin mushroom risotto

Method:

  1. Soak the skewers in cold water for 20 minutes
  2. Preheat your barbecue
  3. Thread 2 strips of meat, some onions and tomatoes on every bamboo skewer
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, steak spice and drizzle with olive oil
  5. Cook to your liking, about 5 minutes on each side
  6. Enjoy with a side of 2-minute In Cuisin mushroom risotto

Ingrédients:

  • 8 brochettes de bois
  • 4 morceaux de bifteck de flan ou de poitrine (tranchées en 16 lamelles minces)
  • 16 tomates cerises jaunes et rouges
  • 1 oignon rouge, coupé en morceaux
  • Huile d’olive
  • Sel et poivre
  • Épices à steak
  • 2 sachets Risotto aux champignons In Cuisin

Méthode:

  1. Tremper les brochettes de bois dans de l’eau froide pendant au moins 20 minutes
  2. Préchauffez votre barbecue
  3. Enfilez 2 morceaux de viande avec des morceaux de tomates et d’oignon sur chaque brochette
  4. Parsemez les brochettes de sel, poivre, épices à steak et huile d’olive
  5. Faites cuire à votre goût, au moins 5 minutes de chaque côté
  6. Servez avec du risotto aux champignons In Cuisin prêt en 2 minutes
