Already less than a week before Christmas! Although we can’t wait and are eager for the celebrations to start, we sometimes feel overwhelmed with everything there is to prepare before the party. Here is a delicious and easy to make recipe for seafood risotto that will guarantee you a lovely dinner without the trouble and time to make it. Have a well deserved moment of rest and enjoy your evening!


  • bag of In cuisin risotto tomato & basil
  • fresh or frozen seafood ( shrimps, scallops, clams, firm-fleshed fish, lobster, crab meat)
  • olive oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper ( to taste)


  1. Cook your In Cuisin risotto as instructed on the bag and reserve
  2. In a large pan heat the olive oil and brown your chopped garlic gloves
  3. Sauté your seafood mix with a bit of lemon juice to a medium-high heat for about 5  minutes
  4. Add your In Cuisin risotto and cook for another 5 minutes
  5. When ready to serve add salt and pepper to taste and mix in some chopped parsley leaves

  • 2 sacs de risotto Pomodoro d’In Cuisin
  • Fruits de mer variés, frais ou congelés (crevettes, pétoncles, palourdes, poissons à chair ferme, homard, chair de crabe)
  • Huile d’olive
  • 2 gousses d’ail hachées
  • Jus de citron (au goût)
  • Feuilles de persil frais, hachées
  • Sel et poivre (au goût)


  1. Faites cuire votre risotto tomato & basil selon les instructions sur le sacet réservez
  2. Dans une grande poêle, faites chauffer votre huile d’olive et faites-y revenir vos gousses d’ail hachées
  3. Faites sauter votre mélange de fruits de mer avec un peu de jus de citron à feu moyen-élevé pendant environ 5 minutes
  4. Ajouter votre risotto et cuire un autre 5 minutes
  5. Quand c’est prêt à servir ajouter du sel et poivre au goût ainsi que des feuilles de persil hâchées
