In my post yesterday I told you all about the traditional Greek Easter feast. If for some reason, you don’t feel like following the traditional path this year, here are some great recipes that still contain a hint of tradition without being too traditional. The bonus with these is that they are true time savers too, so you too can enjoy the party and spending time with your family and friends.

• Elegant stuffed cod
• Lamb chops with risotto
• Lamb stew with a mashed potato topping
• Ham with cloves and pineapple
• Pork roast with In Cuisin risotto
• Cheesecake with caramelized apples
• Easy “mock” tiramisu

Maybe I’m too much of a traditionalist but I would still have some hard-boiled eggs on my Easter table, no matter how far off the beaten path I may wander
