Recipe: Easy peasy marinated salmon fillet
If you are anything like me, now that school has started and that the summer slow down is officially over, the race to get everything done in the minimum amount of time is ON. This is a meal that I love to prepare when time is of the essence and life just keeps moving.
- A piece of salmon fillet
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- 4 tbs of soy sauce
- A pinch of seasoning
- 1 tbs of mustard
- 2 tbs of garlic powder
- A bag of In Cuisin asparagus & pea risotto
- In a small bowl mix the olive oil with the soy sauce, add your seasoning and the mustard.
- Put your salmon fillet in an oven-proof pan. Pour some of your mixture on top of your fillet, also scatter 1 tbs of garlic powder on that side. Then turn your fillet to the other side and do the same.
- Put your fillet in the oven on broil for 15 minutes on each side. When ready, serve with the 2-minute In Cuisin asparagus & pea risotto and your choice of vegetable
