This lamb shanks meal is the perfect recipe to make on the weekend when you have a bit more time on your hands. However, you can also buy the lamb shanks already cooked so the whole meal will look like you spent hours making it when it actually took minutes! The succulent, fall-of-the-bone meat will surely be a hit with anyone.

Ingredients (for 2 people)


  1. Warm up the lamb shanks in a shallow pan for a few minutes
  2. In the meantime, heat up the In Cuisin risotto according to the instructions on the bag
  3. Serve the shanks and any of the drippings with a side of risotto
