Baked risotto meatballs

I love this kid (and mom!) friendly recipe! It’s also healthier since the meatballs are baked and not fried. Your little ones will love them for sure and you can rest assured that they are eating a nutritious meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of minced meat (beef, chicken, pork or veal)
  • 1 1/2 cups of In Cuisin tomato & basil risotto
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Tomato sauce or ketchup

Method:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cook the risotto according to the instructions on the bag and let it cool
  3. Season the meat with salt and pepper and mix with the risotto
  4. Shape the mix into 1″  balls and line them up on a rimmed baking sheet
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes and serve with a green salad and some tomato sauce or ketchup

Ingrédients:

  • 2 tasses de viande hâchée (bœuf, veau, porc ou poulet)
  • 1 1/2 tasses de risotto tomato & basil In Cuisin
  • 1 gousse d’ail, hâchée
  • Sauce tomate ou ketchup

Méthode:

  1. Pré-chauffez votre four à 350 degrés F
  2. Préparez le risotto selon les instructions sur le sac et réservez
  3. Assaisonnez la viande avec du sel et du poivre puis mélangez-la au risotto
  4. Formez des petites boulettes de 1″ avec le mélange et alignez-les sur unt plaque à biscuits
  5. Enfournez pendant 20 à 25 minutes puis servez avec une petite salade verte et de lasauce tomate ou du ketchup
