Easy summer berry tart
It’s berry season here in Quebec and in most of Canada. There are many reasons why I love summer and having so many ripe berries is definitely one of them. Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries, all of these jewel-coloured morsels of sweetness make my heart sing and add colour to my life
Here’s a quick and easy berry “tart” recipe that take a few minutes to make and is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
- A mix of berries
- 1 cup of finely ground In Snax cinnamon crisps
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the cinnamon crisps with the melted butter
- Press inside individual tart molds (reserve a Tbsp of the mix)
- Top the pressed dough with a mix of berries
- Mix the rest of the crumbs with the sugar and sprinkle on top of the berries
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the base is golden and the berries soft
