Easy peach crisp

Peaches are the perfect summer fruit, don’t you think? They are juicy, sweet and biting into one is like biting into a summer itself! I love them raw but I also love baking them into a simple peach crisp, the perfect easy summer dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 10 peaches, cut into slices
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of crumbs made with In Snax cinnamon crisps
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnmon
  • 35% cream (optional)

Method:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, except for the crumbs, and place in an oven-proof dish
  3. Top with the In Snax crumbs and bake for 30 minutes
  4. Serve the crisps while it’s still warm and drizzle a bit of cream on top

Ingrédients:

  • 10 pêches, coupées en tranches
  • 1 tasse de sucre brun
  • 1/2 tasse de farine
  • 1/2 tasse de beurre froid
  • 1 1/2 tasses de chapelure faite avec des croustilles In Snax à la cannelle
  • 1 1/2 cuillère de cannelle
  • Crème à 35% (facultatif)

Méthode:

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 350 degrés
  2. Mélangez tous les ingrédients ensemble sauf la chapelure et mettez-les dans un plat qui va au four
  3. Mettez la chapelure In Snax sur le dessus et enfournez pendant 30 minutes
  4. Servez tiède
