In Snax omelette

Happy Monday morning to you all! I hope you had a great weekend! How about starting the week with something healthy but quite tasty? An omelette made with In Snax multigrain pita crisps rich in fiber and Omega 3! Here’s the recipe:


  • In Snax multigrain pita crisps
  • Eggs (however many you need, 2 per person)
  • Veggies cut into slices or diced (mushrooms, peppers, cooked asparagus, zucchinis, tomatoes, etc.)
  • Fresh or dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano)
  • Cheese (I like feta or shredded Swiss)
  • Olives for sprinkling (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat the eggs with the veggies, some salt and pepper and the herbs
  3. Cook until the eggs are done but still a bit runny
  4. In another pan, place a few In Snax multigrain crisps and top with the eggs
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese, some olives, slices of fresh tomatoes and some herbs
  6. Place in the hot oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted


Note: For an extra healthy breakfast, use egg whites only and a low fat cheese for the topping.
