Bacon-wrapped scallops recipe

These bacon-wrapped scallops are an easy and delicious recipe to entertain with and yet you can make them on a weekday just as easily. They are quick to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients:

  • Scallops (as many as you want)
  • Bacon (as many strips as there are scallops)
  • 2 bags of In Cuisin spinach risotto
  • Toothpicks

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wrap each scallop with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick
  3. Place the scallops inside muffin cups or on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
  4. In the meantime, prepare the In Cuisin risotto according to the instructions on the bag
  5. Serve the scallops with a side of risotto. Enjoy!

Ingrédients:

  • Pétoncles (autan que vous désirez)
  • Bacon (autant de tranches que de pétoncles)
  • 2 paquets de Risotto aux épinards In Cuisin
  • Cure dents

Méthode:

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 350 degrés
  2. Enveloppez chaque pétoncles d’une tranche de bacon et scellez avec un cure dent
  3. Placez les pétoncles sur une plaque à biscuits et faites cuire au four pendant 15 minutes
  4. Entre temps, préparez le risotto In Cuisin selon les instructions sur le sac
  5. Servez les pétoncles avec le risotto en accompagnement
