What’s more Irish than potatoes? Ireland has a history rich in potato culture, so what’s more appropriate on St-Patrick’s Day tomorrow than a little potato on your dinner plate?
So for the occasion, I suggest a big hearty dinner accompanied by some In Cuisin mashed potatoes. You can make a beef roast or a hearty stew like my beef bourguignon. Go ahead and add a bit of Guinness Irish beer to the broth to make it even more Irish or just pour yourself a glass of it for dinner. And of course, don’t forget your favourite flavour of In Cuisin mashed potatoes on the side!
