On the fourth day of the Mashed potatoes made easy week, I wanted to go with something more sophisticated: a side dish full of authentic Italian flavors that will accompany your red or white meats perfectly. Try it with roast turkey for the upcoming holiday season and I guarantee it will be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of In Cuisin butter and cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked pancetta pieces
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of ground In Snax multigrain pita crisps

Method:

  1. Cook the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the bag.
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients, and top with some In Snax crumbs.

Ingrédients:

  • 2 sacs de purée de pommes de terre In Cuisin beurre et crème
  • 1/2 tasse de mozzarella râpé
  • 1/4 tasse de Parmesan râpé
  • 1/4 tasse de morceaux de pancetta cuits
  • 2 à 3 grandes cuillères de chapelure de croustilles de pita multigrain In Snax

Méthode:

  1. Faites cuire la purée de pommes de terre In Cuisin en suivant les instructions sur le sac.
  2. Mélangez avec le reste des ingrédients, et parsemez de chapelure de croustilles In Snax.
