Energy boosting snacks for winter activities

In this season of winter sports, we all need to pack up some energy boosting snacks when we go skiing, snow-boarding, sledding or skating. I often have several snacks with me if I know I will be out in the snow and cold all day. You can pack up some high energy snacks like nuts and dry fruits but I find In Snax pita crisps practical and delicious when I need to take a break and refuel. Since they come in different flavours, I never get bored and will go from savoury to sweet depending on my mood.
